Welcome to the Pure Step Lounge mobile application. These Terms and Conditions of Use govern your access to, download, and installation of our mobile platform. By using this application, you agree to fully comply with the provisions described herein. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you must refrain from using the application. Furthermore, your use of the application is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information.

1. Description of Service

The Pure Step Lounge application provides users with an optimized digital interface to select the type of cleaning service they wish to request, as well as to monitor the status and progress of their corresponding orders in real-time.

2. User Registration and Accounts

To access the selection and tracking services, users must complete a registration process by creating a personal account. Users are entirely responsible for safeguarding the confidentiality of their login credentials and for any activity performed under their profile. Pure Step Lounge reserves the right to suspend any account that compromises system security or violates these conditions. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and possess the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Payment and Transaction Policy

It is explicitly established that the mobile application does not process financial transactions, commercial charges, or integrated payment gateways within its interface. All economic transactions related to services requested through the application will be managed and settled externally and in person, as mutually agreed with Pure Step Lounge. Pure Step Lounge reserves the right to suspend or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly submit service requests and subsequently cancel them without justification, or fail to appear for the scheduled in-person fulfillment.

4. User-Generated Content (UGC)

Our platform allows users to upload and publish interactive content, including setting up profile avatars, posting comments, service reviews, and uploading associated photographs. By sharing this content, the user guarantees to possess the legal rights of authorship or have the proper authorizations for the visual or written material displayed.

Zero Tolerance Policy: Pure Step Lounge maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding objectionable content and abusive users. Users are strictly prohibited from publishing material that is offensive, defamatory, illegal, discriminatory, or that infringes upon the community policies established by the official application stores (Apple App Store and Google Play Store).

Users have the ability to report inappropriate content and block abusive users directly within the application or by contacting our support team. Pure Step Lounge reserves the right to moderate, hide, or permanently delete any user-generated content and immediately suspend or terminate the accounts of users who violate these terms, without prior notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

The application is provided "as is" and "as available". Pure Step Lounge makes continuous efforts to maintain the technical stability of the platform, but does not guarantee the total absence of interruptions, synchronization errors, or data loss resulting from telecommunication network failures beyond our direct control.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal controversy related to the validity, interpretation, or compliance with this agreement shall be submitted to the competent judicial authorities and courts within said jurisdiction.

7. Updates to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update this legal document at any time. Modifications will become effective immediately upon publication within the mobile application. Your continued use of the application following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. For material changes, Pure Step Lounge will make reasonable efforts to notify users via in-app notifications or registered email.
