Pure Step Lounge ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not access the application.

 We may collect information about you in a variety of ways. The information we may collect via the application includes:

• Personal Data: Personally identifiable information, such as your name, email address, and account credentials, which you voluntarily give us when you register with the application.
• User-Generated Content: Profile pictures/avatars, reviews, comments, and photographs that you voluntarily upload to the application.
• Device and Usage Data: Information from your mobile device, such as your device ID, model, operating system, and usage statistics regarding how you interact with the application.
• Location Data: We may request access or permission to and track location-based information from your mobile device, either continuously or while you are using the application, to provide location-based services (such as tracking real-time status of orders).

 Having accurate information about you permits us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. Specifically, we may use information collected about you via the application to:

• Create and manage your personal user account.
• Allow you to select cleaning services and track the real-time status of your orders.
• Display your avatar, reviews, comments, and uploaded photos within the app's interactive areas.
• Monitor and analyze usage and trends to improve your experience with the application.
• Prevent fraudulent transactions, monitor against theft, and protect against criminal activity.

Our mobile application does not collect, store, or process any financial or payment information (such as credit card numbers or banking details). All transactions and payments for services ordered through the application are handled entirely externally and in person. 

 We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share information we have collected about you in certain situations, including:

• By Law or to Protect Rights: If we believe the release of information about you is necessary to respond to legal process, to investigate or remedy potential violations of our policies, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of others.
• Third-Party Service Providers: We may share data with infrastructure or hosting providers necessary to run the application's backend services.
• Analytics Services: We may use third-party analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, Firebase, or Crashlytics) to monitor and analyze the performance of the application. These services collect device and usage data anonymously to help us improve the user experience.

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse. 

We do not knowingly solicit information from or market to children under the age of 13. If you become aware of any data we have collected from children under age 13, please contact us using the contact information provided below, and we will take steps to delete that information promptly. 

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated personal data, you may do so by using the "Delete Account" option within the application's settings. Alternatively, you can request account deletion by contacting us directly at support@puresteplounge.com . Upon receiving a valid request, we will delete your account and personal data, except where retention is required by law. 

If you are a California resident, you have specific rights regarding your personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). These include the right to request access to, deletion of, or correction of your personal data, as well as the right to opt-out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.
